introductions

Hey everyone!

So I've been coming to this website for years now, browsing through and finding my favorite new artists. I don't pretend to be as good as most of you lol. But I thought it would be fun to post my art here, to give myself a bit more incentive to start putting out again!

Tonight I gave my best stab at sketching again. After doing so many art projects in college I was so burned out. For anyone else out there who 's gone to art school you know what I mean. They tend to suck you dry.

Sure I got a heck of a lot better but at a price!

Now I long to return to those glorious days of ignorance, when I didn't have a real job and all I did day in and out was art.

I love fantasy pieces the best, and have a healthy respect for photography simply because it's beyond me.

I also love charcoal and pastels the best, occasionaly dabbling with prismas. I know this is bad of me but I can't shake my favorite mediums. If I had listened to my high school teachers and professors I would make myself work with all of them, but oh well!

As I work on my stories I'll be putting pieces I've done up to go along with them, for your enjoyment. If anyone with mad manip skills wants to take a turn at fiddling with any of these just let me know! I would love to see what some of you come up with!

Meantime I'm actually going to try and sleep now.
